HOOLAHOOP CMS™ has the tools you need to lock down the administrative control of your website. Whether your organization has two, or two hundred administrators, Hoolahoop can be configured to fit your needs.
Features:

Create custom Admin User Classes. Each user class is assigned a set of default privileges.

Editing a User Classes will automatically modify the privileges of all users in that class.

Module Management - set the Hoolahoop modules that an Admin Class has access to. Modules that are accessible will not be displayed in the user's Toolbar once logged in.

Create Admin User Accounts. The number of Admin User Accounts that can be created will be limited by your licensing agreement. Create unique usernames and passwords for each Admin User Account, and assign the User to a User Class.

Editing Privileges Management - set the privileges for each user in two main categories - page and content privileges. Set whether the user can add/edit/delete pages. Set whether a user can add/edit/delete content. Privileges are set individually for each user and for each facet of page and content privileges.

Approval Management - choose an administrator that must approve any edits made by a user. Edits will be submitted for approval by one or more administrators. Edits will not be made live until approved by an administrator. If an edit is not approved it will be sent back to the user complete with the reason for not being approved. Administrator and User message center provided in Hoolahoop Administration Control Panel.
